摘  要:目的:构建高效率的门诊药房科学化工作流程系统。方法:介绍某院在就诊卡模式下利用自动化设备发药、条码技术、无线射频等多种技术手段实现药房智能化、信息化的工作流程再造情况,并与传统模式比较以评价再造的效果。结果:与传统模式相比,再造后的新模式从患者的满意度、药房的发药效率、库存管理、发药差错率等方面均有很大改善,且明显降低药师劳动强度,提高药师的服务价值,但仍存在系统不稳、应急系统待建等缺陷。结论:总体而言,该院构建的药房工作流程具有科学性和可行性。Objective: To construct efficient scientific workflow system of outpatient pharmacy. Methods: Pharmacy working process reengineering ,which was realize intelligent medicine and Clinical Pharmacy Guide via using automation equipment and dispensing, means of bar code technology, radio frequency and other technology in the medical card mode in a hospital ,was developed, and compared with those of the traditional pattern to evaluate the effect of the reconstructed working process. Results : Compared with the traditional pattern, the new model after reengineering , has greatly improved in terms of patient satisfaction, dispensing efficiency, inventory management, dispensing error rate, significantly reduced the labor intensity, and raised the service value of pharmacists, but there were still instability of system and other defects, construction of emergency system was remained. Conclusion.. Overall, the established pharmacy workflow is scientific and feasible.
