城市功能重构视域下资源枯竭型城市工业遗产旅游开发探析

摘　　要：城市功能重构是实现城市产业转型的最好途径,依托工业遗产进行旅游开发,借鉴成熟的开发模式,利用良好的政策环境,大力开发独具特色的旅游产品,深度挖掘旅游市场。开发中努力弘扬工业文化、保护工业遗产、恢复生态环境、提升城市形象,实现经济、社会、环境效益的高度协调统一,推动资源枯竭型城市经济结构转型。Reconfiguration of urban function is the best way to achieve urban industrial change, develops tourism relying on urban industrial heritage ,learning from succeed development models, making use of favorable policies, exploits vigorously unique tourism products, opens up deeply tourism market, propagating strenuously the industrial culture, protecting the industrial heritage, restoring the ecological environment, improving the city image, accomplishes highly the coordination of economic, social and environmental benefits, propels resource-exhausted cities economic transformation.
