“二·四分段”:本科学历农村小学体育教师的特色培养

摘　　要：初中起点六年制本科学历农村小学体育教师是湖南省教育厅根据湖南省基础教育改革的需要、农村教育发展的需要、农村小学体育教师职业发展的需要所设立的一个全新的培养模式。该培养模式主要突出以下特色:实施"二·四分段"定向培养模式、课程设置体现"四性一体"的要求、注重学生综合能力的培养;构建了由通识教育课程、专业必修课程、专业限选课程、专业任选课程、实践教学课程、专业辅修课程六部分的课程体系,注重对学生的教师职业技能的培养,提升学生的未来岗位适应能力。Based on the need of basic education reform, the need of the development of the rural education and the need of professional development for rural primary school PE Teachers, the new cultivation mode was established by Education Department of Hunan Province. This mode emphasizes the following characteristics： directed education by stage, Four in One Teaching Method embodied in curriculum provision, ghting the training of students＇ comprehensive ability and the construction of curriculum system. The curriculum system includes general education courses, specialized courses, optional courses, practice teaching courses, and subsidiary courses. It stresses importance on the training of students＇ solid elementary knowledge and professional foundations. It also helps students to promote their overall abilities and be competent for the future occupations.
