摘　　要：对第十五届中国国际模具技术和设备展览会参展的各类模具、模具标准件及模具材料等进行了评述,介绍了我国模具、模具标准件、模具材料和模具CAD/CAE/CAM、智能化模具等技术的发展现状,分析了我国模具技术的发展趋势和存在的问题。A comprehensive review of various dies ＆ moulds, standard parts ＆ components and materials for dies ＆ moulds exhibited on the 15th China International Exhibition on Die ＆ Mould Technology and Equipment was first presented. The technology development status in Chinese dies ＆ moulds, standard parts ＆ components, die ＆ mould materials and CAD/CAE/CAM and intelligent die ＆ mould was stated. The development trend of die ＆ mould technology and existing problems in our country were analyzed.
