摘 要:为了改善Q235钢的表面性能,分别采用加弧辉光等离子渗镀技术和双层辉光等离子渗镀技术对其进行渗镀铬镍处理,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜能谱仪、X射线衍射仪等方法对2种CrNi渗层的结构、组成进行了表征,采用摩擦磨损试验和电化学试验测试了Q235钢渗镀铬镍处理前后的耐磨性和耐蚀性。结果表明,2种渗镀铬镍处理都能明显提高基体的抗磨损和抗腐蚀性能。双层辉光等离子渗镀铬镍使基体的电极电位显著提高,在4%NaCl溶液中,电位在2.00 V(相对于饱和甘汞电极)时仍未发生钝化膜破裂。To improve the surface performance of Q235 steel, chromium-nickel alloy layers were penetrated by arc-glow plasma and double-glow plasma penetrating technologies, respectively. The structures and compositions of the two penetrated CrNi layers were characterized by metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectrometer, and X-ray diffractometer. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Q235 steel before and after penetrating CrNi layers were determined via friction-abrasion test and electrochemical measurement. The results indicated that the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Q235 steel substrate are penetrated remarkably improved by penetrating CrNi layers via both technologies. The electrode potential of Q235 steel penetrated with CrNi layer by double-glow plasma technology is greatly increased, and the passivation film is not damaged at 2.00 V (vs. saturated calomel electrode) in 4% NaCl solution.
