高效液相色谱在中药含量测定中的应用

摘　　要：中药材和中药制剂所含成分复杂,相互干扰较为严重。随着人民生活水平的不断提高,医疗卫生的改革,药品分析正发挥着越来越重要的作用。而高效液相色谱法以其高效、高速、高灵敏度的特点,在药品分析中的应用越来越广泛。本文介绍了高效液相色谱法的原理、组成以及它在中药含量测定方面的有关研究,展望了高效液相色谱法在药物分析中的应用前景。The components contained in traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine preparation containing composition are complicated ,and their interference is serious .With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard ,and health care reforming ,pharmaceutical analysis is playing a more and more important role .The high performance liquid chromatography because of its characteristics of high efficiency ,high speed ,high sensitivity ,is used widely in drug analysis .This article reviews the principles of high performance liquid chromatography ,composition and its determination in terms of tradi‐tional Chinese medicine study ,and prospects HPLC applications in pharmaceutical analysis .
