摘　　要：案件管理工作是检察机关的新事物,当前的案件管理工作总体发展良好,但也存在职责界定不清、程序公正与效率难以平衡、内部监督尺度不统一、案件评查体系混乱等问题,这些问题在一定程度上制约了案件管理工作的科学发展,本文认为可以从明确职能定位、加强案件动态管理、强化检务公开及加强岗位素能建设等四方面对案件机制进行完善,以期对实践有所裨益。Case management is new for the procuratorial organ. The current management of cases is developing well as a whole, but there are some problems restricting its scientific development to a certain extent, for example, responsibilities are not defined clearly, it is difficult to balance the justice and efficiency of procedure, internal supervision criterion is not uniform, and case assessment system is confused. From the following four aspects as the clear function orientation, strengthening dynamic management of cases, strengthening openness of procuratorial work and strengthening the post construction, the group improves the mechanism of the case to benefit the practice.
