人类学视野中的高校基层工会工作

摘　　要：人类学的任务是研究人,工会是与人打交道的组织,工会工作要得到人类学的指导。由于差异性问题,高校基层工会开展工作时应当明白人性的特点,践行人性化,切实发挥工会的职能作用和桥梁纽带作用。人性化即承认差异,尊重差异,服务差异。结合实际案例重申人类学视野中人性化的重要性。Trade union is an organization which deals with people every day .Since researching human is the mission of anthropology , trade union should learn from anthropology .Because of differences,grassroots trade union organizations in colleges and universities should understand the characteristics of human nature and practice humanity in order to perform its functional and bridge -linking roles. Humanity means to acknowledge ,respect and serve for differences .The case restates the importance of humanity from the perspectives of anthropology.
