摘 要:光电经纬仪跟踪架轴系精度的保证是整个光电经纬仪精度的基础;光电经纬仪跟踪架的水平轴系承担着光学分系统和部分探测分系统,安装器件多、结构复杂、设计难度大,精度难以保证。首先给出水平轴系的组成和结构形式,然后对轴系精度的影响因素进行了分析,并根据分析,进行了主镜口径1 m的大型光电经纬仪跟踪架水平轴系的结构设计和校核;并针对所设计的结构形式进行了轴系的精度分析和计算,保证水平轴系晃动误差≤2″。The precision of the tracking-mount(TM) axis on photoelectric theodolite(PT)is the base of the equipment precision.The horizontal axis of the TM on PT is complex,so it is difficult to insure the precision, but the axis bears photoelectric part system and a part of detection system, on which many apparatuses are installed. Thus, the constitution and structure of the horizontal axis were presented firstly,then the influence factors on the axis precision were analyzed by which the horizontal axis of the TM on PT was designed and checked, and the adopted main mirror caliber was one meter. Finally, the precision analysis and compute for the designed structure are made which can insure the shake error of the axis to be less than 2″.
