摘  要:介绍了机械传动与液力机械传动的特点,对比分析了推土机的3种操纵机构的优缺点。以某中型推土机为例,对单手柄操纵机构的关键部件进行了设计和选用,确定了软轴的技术参数。用Pro/E建立了单手柄操纵机构的三维模型,绘制了该操纵的机构简图。对该单手柄操纵机构的操纵行程和操作力进行了计算,并且基于试装结果,对软轴固定支架结构进行了改进,改进后软轴支架满足使用要求。单手柄变速转向机构的设计思想为以后同类产品的设计开发提供了借鉴依据。The characteristics of mechanical and hydro-mechanical transmission were introduced, advantages and disadvantages of three control mechanisms of bulldozer were compared with each other as well. A medium bulldozer was taken as an example,the key parts of single lever control mechanism were designed,and technical parameters of the flexible shaft were then decided.The 3D solid model of the single lever control mechanism was built by Pro / E, then the sketch diagram of the mechanism was plotted.Calculation was carried out on the operating journey and force of the mechanism.The flex shaft bracket based on test results was improved to meet the use requirements. The result provides a basis for future products design and development.
