摘 要:针对中等批量生产螺纹孔,设计了一种集钻头、丝锥于一体的螺纹孔加工复合刀具。该刀具由麻花钻头部、丝锥部和柄部3部分结合而成,可一次装夹完成钻孔、攻螺纹工序。在攻螺纹时,被加工工件的内孔套在这种刃具的钻头外径上,起到定位和导向的作用,从而保证了被加工工件的内孔与螺孔的同轴度,提高了螺孔的精度。同时,基于Pro/E的Mechanica模块对复合刀具进行有限元分析的前处理工作,并且利用Mechanica模块中的ANSYS有限元求解器对复合刀具进行结构分析,改进了刀具的结构参数,减少了刀具加工时的最大变形量。A compound cutting tool was designed that combined drill with screw tap in view of the medium lots of production demands.The tool was made up of twist drill, screw tap and handle. With one time clamping, drilling and tapping could be finished. Inner hole of the workpiece was settled on external diameter of the twist drill when tapping was executed in order to insure the locating and guiding. Thus,the concentricity was guaranteed between inner hole and threaded hole of the workpieces and the threaded hole precision also could be improved. Moreover, the compound cutting structure was analyzed by ANSYS mechanical module. Results show that structural parameters of the cutting are better than before and the maximum deformation also reduces.
