摘　　要：以有机化学实验中的常见步骤蒸馏、萃取等为例,详细介绍其中涉及的物理化学知识,并说明其原理和应用。针对有机实验中的常见操作和实验现象进行分析,并联系物理化学的相关知识,构建与有机化学课程的密切联系。旨在培养学生对理论学习的兴趣、动力以及分析问题和解决问题的方法、能力。Taking organic chemistry experiment steps （ extraction and distillation） as an example, physical chemistry knowledge was detailed, and its principle and application were explained.The common operation and experimental phenomena of organic experiment, related knowledge and relationship between physical chemistry were analyzed, building close links with the course of organic chemistry.The aim was to cultivate students＆#39;interest and encouragement in learning, the method and ability to analyze and solve problems.
