银杏叶提取物银杏苦内酯片联合特布他林持续性治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶提取物银杏苦内酯片联合特布他林持续性治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月在本院内科收治并经检查确诊的支气管哮喘患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组患者采用银杏苦内酯片口服联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,对照组患者单纯采用特布他林雾化吸入治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、肺功能改善情况及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后肺功能均有不同程度地改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);两组均无药物相关严重不良反应发生。结论:银杏苦内酯片口服联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗较单纯特布他林雾化吸入治疗疗效较显著,且安全性好,可作为支气管哮喘临床治疗的一种方案。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of ginkgolide tablets combined with terbutaline treatment for bronchial asthma.Method：64 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group,by digital table method. Patients in the observation group were treated by ginkgolide tablets oral combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation, and patients in the control group only with terbutaline,the clinical efficacy after treatment,pulmonary function improvement and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two grous were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than 87.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there were different levels of lung function improve of both groups after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）patients in the observation group were improved more significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,there were not drug related serious adverse reaction on both groups.Conclusion： The treatment effect of ginkgolide tablets combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation therapy is significantly better than only with terbutaline, and with good security, can be used as a clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.
