品管圈活动在降低护理体温单书写缺陷率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低体温单书写缺陷率的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,确定"以降低体温单书写缺陷率"为活动主题,把握现状,设定目标,分析原因及制定对策并实施。结果:通过品管圈活动,体温单书写缺陷率由活动前的36.66%下降到10.00%,目标达标率96.59%,改善幅度72.6%,圈员自评6项素质能力均正向成长。结论:运用品管圈活动,进一步规范护理体温单的规范书写,提高护理文件书写水平,提高护理质量,避免因护理记录不当引发的医疗纠纷。Objective：To explore the application of quality control circle activities in reducing writing defects of nursing temperature sheets.Method：Quality control circle activities group was setted up to determine the activity theme of reducing writing defects of nursing temperature sheets,and implemented through grasping status, setted target,analyzed the cause and established countermeasures. Result：Writing defect rate of nursing temperature sheets reduced from 36.66% to 10.00%,target success rate of 96.59%,improved the amplitude of 72.6%,6 self-evaluated qualities and abilities of quality control circle members all had positive growth.Conclusion：Quality control circle activities can further standardize writing nursing temperature sheets,improve the levels of writing nursing records,promote nursing qualities and avoid medical disputes caused by defective nursing records.
