摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法和原位复合技术分别制备LaxSr1-xCoO3和La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI复合材料阴极催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所制备催化剂进行微观结构和表面形貌的表征。采用循环伏安法(CV)对其电催化活性进行了系统研究。实验结果表明,锶掺杂量的差异导致催化剂的活性有较大区别,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI催化剂表现出了良好的活性。将所制备催化剂应用于厌氧流化床微生物燃料电池(AFBMFC)阴极,结果显示,La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI复合材料作阴极催化剂,其AFBMFC的最大功率密度122.81mW·m-2是La0.7Sr0.3CoO3催化剂微生物燃料电池(MFC)的1.2倍,相应开路电压达651mV。表明La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI催化剂具有显著的催化活性,可作为MFC新型的阴极催化剂。LaxSr1-xCoO3(x=0.5,0.7,0.8)perovskite catalysts and La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI composites were synthesized by the sol-gel citrate method and polymerization method respectively.The electrochemical characteristics of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)were systematically compared by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The results demonstrate that,La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI catalyst can catalyze ORR in phosphate buffered solution with quite good activity.The performance of the prepared LaxSr1-xCoO3 catalysts and La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI composites applied for cathode catalysts of anaerobic fluidized bed microbial fuel cell(AFBMFC)was examined.The results show that,the maximum power of AFBMFC operated with La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI cathode catalysts was 122.81mW·m^-2,which was 20% higher than AFBMFC with La0.7Sr0.3CoO3 catalysts.The open circuit voltage was up to 651 mV.The results demonstrate that the La0.7Sr0.3-CoO3/PANI catalysts have high electrocatalytic activity and probably provide a new solution for finding effective cathode materials for MFC.
