摘　　要：探讨规范化护理管理模式,提高介入护理质量,及时发现术中病情变化,减少术后并发症,提高手术安全性。为此制定了规范化的围手术期护理模式,构建导管室-病房间纵向的护理管理体系,规范护理服务流程,使介入护理规范化、科学化,保证护理质量和工作效率,降低护理隐患,提高患者安全,促进患者康复。To discuss standardization of nursing management mode, and improve the nursing intervention quality of intraoperative condition change in time, reduce the postoperative complications and improve operation safety. We set the standardization for perioperative nursing model, build international - ward vertical nursing management system and standardize nursing service process to make intervention nursing more regularization, standardization and seienfization. These measures guarantee nursing quality and work efficiency, reduce the nursing risk, improve patient safety and speed up to promote patients recover.
