摘　　要：出口保理业务是一种新型的国际贸易结算方式,有助于出口企业减低收款风险、缓解资金压力,对贸易额的扩大有显著效果。国内金融机构对中小企业的结算融资服务力度不大,文章结合出口保理服务的现状,设计出适合中小企业发展的新型出口保理融资金融产品。International factoring is a kind of the new international trade settlement. It help export enterprises to reduce credit risks, alleviate the pressure of the capital, and increase the volume of trade. Domestic financial institutions were not good at settlement and financing services for small and medium enterprises. We will combine with the current situation of the export factoring services, and design new export factoring financial products for small and medium enterprises.
