摘　　要：近年来随着国民经济和社会的不断发展,建筑工程项目和规模大幅增加,每个工程都需要造价预算和管理,工程造价预算和管理是否科学,直接关乎工程能否成功获得最大利润,工程造价人员必须掌握工程造价与管理的基本理论和技能,对建设工程进行科学的成本核算、分析和管理,从而进一步提高企业的经济效益。Based on the continuous development of national economy and social in recent years, building project and size is increased. Each project needs cost budget and management. The scientificity of project cost and management is directly related to the profits of project. The project cost personnel must master the basic theory and skills of project cost and management, and scientificly budget the cost, analyze and manage the construction engineering furtherimproving the economic benefits of enterprises.
