整体护理在老年心力衰竭患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在老年心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的80例老年心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施整体护理干预。观察两组的再次入院治疗、病死情况,测定护理干预前后的步行6 min距离。结果观察组的再次入院治疗所占比例、两次以上再住院治疗所占比例、病死率均低于对照组,观察组护理干预后的步行6 min距离长于对照组护理干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在老年心力衰竭患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 100 elderly patients with heart failure were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention.The treatment of hospital readmission and mortality in two groups was observed respectively,6 minutes walk distance in two groups before and after nursing intervention was detected. Results The proportion of the treatment of hospital readmission,hospital readmission more than two times and mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the 6 minutes walking distance in the observation group after intervention was longer than that in the control group after nursing intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing care on the elderly patients with heart failure is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
