摘  要:通过电沉积在ITO基底上制备了大规模ZnO纳米棒阵列。对ZnO纳米棒进行不同温度下的退火处理,然后通过旋转涂覆工艺将聚3-己基噻吩与[6,6]-苯基-C61丁酸甲酯(P3HT∶PCBM)的混合物沉积在纳米棒上组装成杂化太阳电池。应用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、光致发光测试和光伏测试分析了退火处理对ZnO纳米棒及其组装的太阳电池性能的影响。发现退火处理除使ZnO纳米棒的光致可见光发射的强度有所改变外,还可以使发射峰中心从约580 nm的位置转移到约520 nm的位置,这说明退火处理不但可以改变ZnO纳米棒缺陷密度,还能改变缺陷类型。通过合适的退火处理,太阳电池的转换效率可提高17倍。Large-scale ZnO nanorod arrays were prepared on ITO substrates by electrodeposition. The annealing treatments of the ZnO nanorods were carried out under different temperatures, then the hybrid solar cells were fabricated by spin coating poly (3-hexylthiophene-2, 5-diyl) : [6, 6]- phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT : PCBM) mixture depositing on the nanorods. The effects of the annealing pretreatments on the ZnO nanorods and the performances of the hybrid solar cells were analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, photolumines- cence measurements and photovoltaic measurements. The annealing treatments change the PL emission intensity of the ZnO nanorods, and shift the center of the emission peak from about 580 nm to about 520 nm. This indicates that the annealing treatments can change both the defect density and the defect type of the ZnO nanorods. The conversion efficiency of the solar cells can be improved 17 times by an appropriate annealing treatment.
