摘 要:为了获得快速、充分的流体混合效果,提出了一种主动式增强微通道内流体混合的方法。利用交变电场电渗,在微通道内诱发混沌流,以提高流体混合效率。基于有限元方法采用COMSOL软件对流体混合过程进行数值仿真,分析了相邻电极极性相同和相反时的混合效率及电场强度、电场频率对混合效率的影响。结果表明,此方法能够有效提高微通道内流体的混合效率。选择适当的电场强度和电场频率对提高混合效率有显著的影响。当相邻电极极性相反时,可获得更好的混合效果。定量地评价了该微混合通道的混合效果,即微通道出口处混合效率在0.5 s后较稳定地保持在99%,与无交变电场的电渗相比,混合效率提高了约46%。In order to obtain rapid and plenary fluid mixing effect, a method for initiative enhan- cing fluid mixing in the microchannel was proposed. The chaos shoot was produced by the elec- troosmosis of the AC electric field to improve the mixing efficiency of the fluid. The numerical simulation of the fluid mixing process was carried out by COMSOL software based on finite ele- ment method (FEM). The mixing efficiencies of adjacent electrodes with the same and opposite polarity and the effects of the electric field strength and electric field frequency on the mixing effi- ciency were analyzed. The results indicate that this method can effectively increase the mixing efficiency of the fluid in the mierochannel. To select the appropriate strength and frequency of the electric field have significant effects on the improvement of the mixing efficiency. When the polarities of the adjacent electrodes are opposite, the better mixing effect can be obtained. The mixing effect of the micromixing channel was evaluated quantificationally. The mixing efficiency relatively remains stable at 99~ after 0. 5 s. in the microchannel outlet Compared with the elec- troosmosis without the AC electric field, the mixing efficiency increases by about 46 %.
