摘　　要：从WCDMA／GSM网络承载3G套餐用户业务情况入手，通过核心网支撑平台开发3G覆盖良好程度感知新指标，全面实时掌握WCDMA网络覆盖情况，为3G网络建设和市场开展3G精确营销提供有效支撑，具有较高的推广价值。The thesis is mayor in WCDMA/GSM network carrying 3G package olCuser business. We will develop platform for 3G coverage degree of perceived new index supported by the core network and master the re- al-time WCDMA network coverage. With the promotion of high value may this provide effective support for the 3G network construction and the market developing 3G precise marketing.
