摘　　要：鉴于当前确定中央空调系统安装方案时过多关注前期投资费用而忽略后期运行维护费用的现状,提出将全寿命周期成本分析方法用于中央空调设计方案评选中。首先从中央空调系统全寿命周期成本分析的概念出发,分析中央空调系统全寿命周期成本的构成,然后介绍全寿命周期成本分析方法在中央空调系统设计方案比选时的分析过程及要注意的问题。In the current central air conditioning system installation plans the initial investment cost is the primary concern and the late operation maintenance is frequently ignored,and in view of this the author of the paper proposes that the whole life cycle cost analysis should be used in the comparison and selection of central air conditioning designs.The author introduces the con-cept of whole life cycle cost,analyzes its contents and discusses the LCC analysis process in the comparison and selection of central air conditioning designs and other related issues.
