新课改背景下大学生的学习动机分析

摘  要:大学生的学习状况不仅关系到他们自身的发展,还将影响到我国人才群的质量,关乎国家的兴旺与民族的进步。新课改背景下大学生的学习动机具有新的特点,本文结合新课改形势,分析当前大学生的学习动机现状,并提出培养方法,以期引导大学生发现自身问题,及早改进,努力提高学习效果,为成为新时期优秀人才打好基础。同时引发教师的思考,积极改进教学方法,提高教育教学质量,将新课改的效果落到实处。Not only is college students' learning status related to the development of their own, but also it influences the quality of China's talent group as well as the prosperity of China and the progress of the whole nation. Under the background of New Curriculum Reform, college students learning motives have new characteristics. Combined with the situation of new curriculum reform, this paper analyzes the status of current college students learning motives, and then puts forward some methods of cultivating learning motives, aiming at evoking the teachers thinking, encouraging them to actively improve their teaching methods, enhance the teaching quality, and implement the effect of new curriculum reform. Meanwhile, this paper is also intended to guide college students to notice and overcome their own shortcomings, effectively enhance the effect of learning, improve the learning effects, and so be prepared for becoming excellent talents of the new times.
