摘　　要：高校大学生志愿服务在构建和谐社会、推进高校思想政治教育改革、实现学生成才成长等方面发挥着重要作用。当前高校大学生志愿服务人数多、参与热情高、涉及领域广、作用发挥好。但总体而言,我国大学生志愿服务仍处于起步阶段,存在部分学生志愿服务认知程度低、服务持续性短、组织运行机制弱等问题。政府、学校、志愿组织、志愿者群体等应坚持多元主体共推志愿服务事业发展。College students play a crucial role in constructing harmonious society,promoting the ideological and political education and realizing students＇ success and growing. Currently,there are considerable numbers of college students volunteers,and they have high participation which involves broad areas. But on the whole,Chinese college students＇ volunteer service is still in the initial stage of development. There exist some problems such as low degree of cognitive,less continuously for a long service as well as the weak organization operating mechanism. So the government,college authorities,voluntary organizations and volunteers themselves should stick to develop the volunteer service course together.
