中籼型水稻光(温)敏核不育系佳丰20S的选育及初步利用

摘　　要：指出了籼型水稻光温敏核不育系佳丰20S是利用8077S与丰两优1号杂交,然后再与蜀恢527和扬稻6号复交选育而成。它属于无花粉类型,不育期间败育彻底,不育性稳定,其不育株率、花粉不育度和自交套袋不实率均为100%。在12.5h短日下,不育临界温度低于23.0℃。开花习性和稻米品质性状较好,配合力强,容易繁殖制种。利用该不育系育成的苗头组合正在参加各级区试。India Rice PTGMS JiaFeng20S is firstly developed from the cross breeding of 8077S and Fengliangyou No . 1 ,and then under through a composite cross breeding with Shouhui527 and Yangdao No .6 .It belongs to pollen-free type and is complete abortion and stable during the period of infertility .It＇s rate of sterile plant ,pollen sterility rate and inbreed bagging sterility rate are all 100% .When in the short -day of 12 .5h and the critical temperature for sterility is below 23 .0℃ ,the habits of bloom and character and quality of rice are good ,combining ability is strong and breed and hybrid seed production are easy .Many promising combinations bred by the sterile line are examined in different regional trials .
