摘 要:通过对现有检测设备使用情况调研和问题分析,总结维修使用人员的检测需求,根据航空发动机综合调节器的信号特征,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的发动机综合调节器检测系统,开发了用于调节器各通道的原位检测和离线检测的软件系统。硬件部分采用NI提供的Compact RIO平台,较好地实现了检测系统的开放性和一体化设计,对离线检测部分进行了传感器的模拟。系统实现了对调节器的参数标校、通道测试和故障诊断等功能。试验表明,该检测系统不仅检测数据准确、可靠,而且功能全面、操作简单,达到了设计目标。Based on the research of exiting testing equipment usage, the request of detection is summarized and the existing problems are analyzed. According to the signal characteristics of the aero-engine synthesis adjuster, a kind of test system based on virtual instrument is designed, and a software system used for the adjuster in situ detection and offline testing is developed. Compact RIO platform provided by National Instruments is taken as hardware system which can realize the openness and integration of test system very well, and the offline test part of the system is simulated by sensors. This test system realizes functions of parameters calibrating, channel testing and fault diagnosis for the adjuster. Experiments show that the system can not only accurately, reliably test data, but also has comprehensive functions and easy operation, which meets design requirements.
