小儿过敏性紫癜患者22例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿过敏性紫癜的综合治疗及临床疗效。方法对我院2010年至2011年收治的20例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床治疗进行回顾分析,评价临床疗效及家长满意率。结果经过积极的对症治疗,22例患儿病愈20例,好转1例,转院1例。结论小儿过敏性紫癜是儿童时期常见的一种血管炎症,严重危害儿童健康,严重的会导致继发性肾炎等肾病,因此要重视过敏性紫癜的治疗。Objective The comprehensive treatment and its clinical effect of patients with allergic purpura to be investigated. Methods Reviewing and analyzing clinical treatment data selected from 20 cases of patients with allergic purpura who are treated in hospital from 2010 to 2011, and making an evaluation on clinical effect and parents＇ satisfaction. Results With active and positive treatment and attendance,of all 22 cases of patients, 20 cases of patients are cured, and one case of patient shows a sign of improvement in health state,one case of patient is transferred to another hospital. Conclusion Children patients with allergic purpura is a common vascular inflammation illness which does harm to children＇s health,and what＇s the worse,it could lead to secondary nephritis,therefore,the treatment of patients with allergic purpura should be valued.
