摘　　要：本文通过分析本院2003年至2012年间分娩的240例脐带帆状附着胎儿的发生率、产妇的分娩方式、孕期产时的临床表现、血管前置是否破裂等情况,探讨其与围产儿结局间的关系。This paper analyzes the incidence of umbilical cord velamentous insertion,the delivery mode,the case of vasaprevia,theclinical manifestation during production and pregnancyof the 240 childbirth fetus in our hospital over the period of 10 years from 2003 to 2012,and explores their relationship with perinatal outcome.
