老年高血压病患者40例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压的特点和治疗。方法对2013年1月-2014年3月收治的40例高血压病患者临床治疗方法分析。结果经治疗显效8例,有效28例,无效4例,总有效率为90%。结论对高血压病的治疗不能只单一强调降压,应该在控制好血压的同时,采用综合治疗措施;对并存的并发症和危险因素要进行全面干预和治疗。Objective The features and treatment methods of hypertension are to be investigated. Methods Analyzing clinical treatment data selected from 40 cases of patients with hypertension who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to March 2014. Results Given clinical treatment, 8 cases show a sign of improvement in patients＇ health state and 28 cases are effective, however, 4 cases are ineffective, the effectiveness probability is 90 percent in general. Conclusion The way to cure the patients with hypertension is exclusively blood-tension reduction is not recommended, it is suggested to apply comprehensive treatment and general intervention treatment in order to prevent from complications and dangerous factors.
