摘　　要：为顺应社会环境的变化,我国工会近年积极探索转型发展之路,一方面主动调整组织职能,明确提出了创建服务型工会与枢纽型社会组织的目标;一方面积极探索工会组织体制和工作机制的创新,扎实推进了工会的群众化、民主化进程。We have been exploring the path of development and transformation the to adapt the social cir- cumstance. On one hand, we should adjust the function of organization and put forward the goal of constructing a trade union whose function is serving and pivot. izing system and working system and promote the On the other hand, we should explore the innovation of organ- popularizing and democracy of the trade union.
