摘  要:MPS磨煤机主要用于锅炉燃烧直吹系统中碾磨烟煤和高水分次烟煤,我国早期燃烧高水分褐煤锅炉的制粉系统均采用磨损较严重的风扇磨煤机。随着高水分褐煤的大量开发和利用,研制了MPS-HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机,通过模型试验,得出MPS-HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机可磨制收到基水分高达33.7%的褐煤,磨煤机碾磨出力和通风出力均达到设计要求。实际应用证明,MPS-HP-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机分离器分离效率高,可代替风扇磨煤机制粉系统,能提高制粉效率,延长部件寿命和降低电耗。MPS pulverizer is mainly used for direct blowing system in milling of bituminous coal and high moisture sub-bituminous coal boiler combustion. Fan mills easy to wear are used for early high moisture lignite combustion boilers in our country. Due to the devel- opment and utilization of high moisture Lignite, MPS - HP - Ⅱtype coal pulverizer is developed. Through the model test, the MPS - HP - Ⅱ type medium-speed pulverizer can grind received water up to 33.7% of lignite, coal mill pulverizing capacity and ventila- tion output reached the design requirements. Practical application shows that MPS - HP - Ⅱmedium - speed pulverizer separator with high efficiency, can replace the fan mill pulverizing system, improve the milling efficiency, prolong the life of the components and re- duce power consumption.
