摘 要:采用液相法,以ZrOCl2·8H2O为锆源,NaHCO3为沉淀剂,考察了模板剂对介孔氧化锆制备的影响。采用XRD、SEM、BET和TPD等手段对合成晶体微观结构、孔结构及表面化学性质进行分析表征。结果表明,模板剂对合成氧化锆晶相组成、微观形貌、比表面积、孔径分布及表面化学性质具有较大的影响。以阴离子型SDS制得t-ZrO2,以非离子型PEG-6000制得m-ZrO2;m-ZrO2表面弱酸强度和弱酸总量大于t-ZrO2,但弱碱强度和弱碱总量小于t-ZrO2;以阴离子型SDS为模板剂,成功制备出比表面积214.76 m2/g,表面同时具有弱酸弱碱位的四方晶相介孔氧化锆。The effect of the templates on the preparation of mesoporous zirconia prepared by liquid phase method were studied,using ZrOCl2·8H2O as the source of zirconium and NaHCO3 as the precipitant.The microstructure,pore structure and the surface chemical properties of the crystals were characterized by XRD,SEM,BET and TPD. The results indicate that the templates had a great influence on the crystal phase composition,morphology,specific surface area,pore size distribution and the surface chemical properties. The t-ZrO2 was obtained with anionic SDS,and the m-ZrO2 was prepared with nonionic PEG-6000; The strength and the amount of weak acid on the surface of m-ZrO2 were greater than t-ZrO2,while the strength and the amount of weak base were less than t-ZrO2; Using anionic SDS as the template agent,mesoporous zirconia with tetragonal phase was successfully synthesized with the specific surface area of 214. 76 m2/g,the weak acid site and weak base site both exiting on its surface area.
