摘 要:报道了一种采用分光光度法测量钒酸钇晶体材料中钕离子掺杂浓度的方法。该法采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)标定掺钕钒酸钇晶体中钕离子浓度,用Lambda-950分光光度计测量晶体757 nm,720 nm处的吸光度A,根据朗伯比尔定律通过最小二乘法拟合出钕离子浓度测量公式C=0.0195+2.477×(A757-A720)/L。该方法对产品无破坏性,适用于在线检测和产品分析,方便快捷。The concentration of neodymium ions in the neodymium-doped yttrium vanadate crystal was measured by spectrophotometric method. The concentration of neodymium ions in the neodymium-doped yttrium vanadate crystal was calibrated using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry( ICP-AES) method and the absorbance of the crystal at 757 nm,720 nm was measured with Lambda-950 spectrophotometer. According to the lambert beer 's law,the measurement formula of neodymium ions concentration has been fitted out by the least squares and the result is C = 0. 0195 + 2. 477 ×( A757-A720) /L. The method is suitable for the on-line inspection and product analysis,convenient and quick without damaging the product.
