摘  要:利用提拉法生长了高质量Nd∶GdCOB晶体,以单片300 mW左右半导体二极管作为泵源,优化的8at%掺杂Nd∶GdCOB晶体作为激光自倍频介质,采用简单微片式结构构建激光器,实现泵浦阈值仅为40 mW、输出功率23mW的545 nm自倍频激光。该激光器长度仅1 cm,具有重量轻、便携带和结构简单、紧凑等优势。For the demand on the small power green laser of 545 nm used in the dental treatments,a small power and efficient green laser was developed based on the Nd∶ GdCOB crystal. A high optical quality Nd∶ GdCOB crystal was grown by the Czochralski method. A microchip structure was used for the laser,and the pump source was a 300 mW laser-diode. By optimizing the 8at% Nd ∶ GdCOB selffrequency doubled( SFD) laser medium,we obtained a 23 mW SFD laser at 545 nm,with the threshold only 40 mW. The laser device was about 1 cm in length,with several advantages in the weight,carriage,miniature and compact structure,which determines that it has potential in the dental treatments.
