摘  要:目的:观察创伤性脑损伤对FBP1和p27两种蛋白表达的影响。方法:通过手术建立SD大鼠创伤性脑损伤模型,利用RT-PCR、Western-blot以及免疫组织化学等方法观察术后12 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14、28 d FBP1和p27表达水平改变情况。结果:创伤性脑损伤后,FBP1和p27在损伤区域大脑皮质中的表达量下降,3 d后达到最低水平,以后逐渐上调,28 d接近正常水平。结论:在创伤性脑损伤大鼠的脑组织中,FBP1和p27的表达受到明显的抑制,两者表达量的改变呈现一定相关性。Objective To observe the influence of traumatic brain injury (TBI) on expression of both FBP1 and p27. Method The Sprague - Dawlcy rat model of TBI was established by surgical incision. The expression of FBPI and p27 protein was studied with the methods of RT -PCB、western -blot and immunohistochemistry respectively at the point d 12 h,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,14 d,28 d after the oporatlon. Results After TBI, the level of two proteins was significantly reduced in the cerebral cortex around the incision area; the lowest level was observed on 3d and then the expression level was up regulated nearly normal at 28d. Conclusion The expression of FBP1 and p27 was restrained in brain tissue after TBI,and some correlation was presented between the expression change of FBP1 and p27.
