摘 要:目的:观察糖尿病大鼠早期视觉电生理改变及生长抑素的水平动态变化。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为正常对照组和糖尿病实验组。腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型。分别测定两组大鼠的视网膜电图改变及生长抑素的变化,并对各指标进行统计学分析。结果:成功建立大鼠糖尿病模型。建模后1周糖尿病组杆细胞反应及最大反应的a波和b波的潜伏期都比对照组显著延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但振幅无改变,生长抑素水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。建模后6周时糖尿病组除潜伏期持续延长外,振幅也开始下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病大鼠早期即出现杆细胞反应及最大反应的a波和b波的潜伏期显著延,振幅明显下降,生长抑素水平亦明显下降。Objective To observe the changes of electroretinogram and serum somatostatin in STZ- induced diabetic rats. Method 30 rats were randomly divided into two groups of normal contrast and diabetes meUitns. Wistar rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozocin (STZ,S5 mg/kg body weight) once to induce medels of diabetes. The changes of electroretlnogram and plasma somatostatin in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The rat diabetic model was well established. One week after modellng,latent period and amplitude of a - wave, b - wave of rod - response and max - response in diabetic group were significantly longer than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but amplitude of a - wave and b - wave didn't change. Somatostatin levels declined, the difference was statistically significant. Six weeks after modeling, these amplitudes started to decline in diabetic group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Early diabetic rats appears rod cell response and maximum response latency of a wave and bwave is significantly extended,the amplitude decreases ,somatostatin levels also decreases significantly( P 〈 0. 05).
