摘　　要：大都市边缘区是当今城镇化发展的热点地区,本文以南京大都市边缘区的禄口新城及其周边农村地区为例,通过问卷调查、居民访谈等,针对现阶段该地区农村、安置区、商品房小区这三种居民类型进行深入分析,从居住、就业、公共服务三方面了解其个人城镇化发展水平。并以此为基础,进一步分析各类型家庭成员城镇化分异状况,总结其空间以及社会属性等方面特点。综合个人与家庭城镇化发展状况,从"个人一家庭"两个视角探究和比较其城镇化发展状况及特点。Given that metropolis fringe area are hotspots in today’s urbanization development,this paper takes Lukou new town and adjacent rural area in Nanjing metropolis fringe area as examples and makes an in-depth investigation on three kinds of local residents from rural areas,resettlement areas,commercial housing estate through questionnaires and interviews to understand their level of individual urbanization in residential,employment and public services.Based on this,further analysis of difference between urbanization of the family members is made to summarize its spatial and social property characteristic.In consideration of individual and family development of urbanization,the paper explores and compares the development status and the characteristic from the ＂person-family＂ perspectives.
