郊区公园对周边农业人口市民化的促进作用研究——以成都市近郊为例

摘　　要：城市周边农业人口市民化作为近年来全国积极推进城镇化的重要内容,促进了城乡一体化发展的系统建设。本文以巴克等人建立的行为场所理论和国内现有的农民城市适应理论为基础,通过行为绘图法、行为观察法、问卷调查和访谈来收集、分析调研数据信息,建立郊区公园设计AHP层次分析法评价体系,构建以人口市民化为目标的现代城市郊区公园设计方案模型。对公园环境、失地农民参与公园活动的行为与心理三个方面的共同作用进行探讨。研究显示,公园的活动内容设置、设施完善度、客观景观形态对周边农业人口市民化有着关键作用。Urbanization of the population, which refers to the process of farmers becoming citizens, has becoming core of urbanization with the in-depth development of China’s urbanization .How suburban park-South Lake Park and Shahe Park-promotes urbanization of the population would be discussed .For the first step , how suburban park is used would be understood by using Behavior of Cartography and Behavior Observation. For the second step, A questionnaire survey would be done to study the feeling of farmers participating the park. For the third step, based on the above information, we designed AHP , a kind of evaluation system, to analyze the weight factor of Park Design contributing to urbanization of the population. The study indicates that the ar angement of activities, the degree of facilities and landscape scenery counts in the process of urbanization.
