山东农产品:国内国外,一个标准

摘　　要：2014年7月,山东省确立创建出口农产品质量安全示范省,严格制定全产业链标准体系,保证全省出口农产品高质量。促进优质农产品既能保障出口,也能对内销售,做到两个市场共享同一高标准的农产品。目前,山东省已有78个县建成出口农产品示范区,威海、青岛等8个市建成示范市。根据2014年7月底山东省政府下发的《关于创建出口农产品质量安全示范省的实施意见》,山东省县级政府将全面推行国际标准,健全农产品标准体系、农业投入品控制体系、可追溯体系、品牌引领体系、监测预警体系及科技服务体系，从第一步到最后一步，全方位保证农产品质量。In recent years,the attention paid by the public to food safety,especially the safety of agricultural products,has reached an unprecedented level.In July 2014,Shandong Province determined to become a demonstration province in terms of the quality safety of the exported agricultural products and set up a strict standard system for the whole industrial chain to ensure the high quality of the exported agricultural products in the whole province.The first test of the quality is to make sure that the agricultural products are of high quality with no pollution in the process of planting or in the production sources.As early as 2003,the demonstration base of celery production in Majiagou in Qingdao had already gained the certification of being pollution-free and green food.In Yantai,a special professional third-party food testing organization has been founded.In order to deal with the queries made by consumers about the quality of different kinds of agricultural products after they come to the market,the traceable regulatory system has been established in many cities in Shandong Province.There are different kinds of well-known agricultural products in Shandong Province.How to turn this advantaged land to a rich producer of high-grade agricultural products needs our enthusiasm,devotion and technology.Ensuring the quality of agricultural products is to provide a long-term developmental route for them.
