摘  要:以羊毛活性染料兰纳素LANASOL红6G、LANASOL黄4G、LANASOL蓝3G为例,以不同用量分别对羊毛毛条染色得到红、黄、蓝3种彩色纤维。测量不同染料用量下3种彩色纤维的可见光谱反射率曲线及颜色特征值,并与实地印刷品红、黄、青三原色油墨的光谱反射率曲线及颜色特征值对比分析,以此得到优选的品红、黄、青三原色纤维。在此基础上三原色纤维以不同的质量比例均匀混拼呈色,形成的颜色空间在CIE1931xy色品图中加以表示。此外,采用三原色纤维按照不同的混配方案,经过纺纱织造工艺得到宏观均匀的素色面料,并测量其外观颜色的色度学指标。实验结果表明,优选三原色纤维均匀混拼可以呈现一定色域范围内的多种颜色,混纺呈色的应用效果良好。Taking wool reactive dyes LANASOL red-6G, LANASOL yellow- 4G, LANASOL blue-3G for examples, dye concentration of them is different, then wool top is dyed to get the red, yellow, blue fibers. Visible spectrum reflectance curves and dyeing characteristic values of three color fibers under different dye concentrations are measured, as well as being comparatively analyzed with that of magenta, yellow, cyan full point printing inks, in order to get the optimum magenta, yellow, cyan fibers. On that basis, the three primary color fibers are blended evenly with different mass proportions to generate different colors, the color space of which is represented in the CIE1931xy chromaticity diagram. In addition, with different blending schemes, three primary color fibers are spun and woven to get the macroscopically homogeneous plain colored fabrics, the colorimetric indicators of which are measured. The experimental results indicate that the even blend of three optimal fibers can present a variety of colors, showing a positive application prospect.
