黑色马尾毛的脱色工艺研究

摘　　要：针对黑色马尾色泽单一且黑色居多,大多数不易于染制出所需要鲜艳颜色的问题,对黑色马尾毛脱色漂白进行了研究。通过单因子实验确定黑色马尾毛氧化脱色最佳工艺:双氧水用量5.2%(owf),TAED用量0.6%(owf),温度65℃,p H值8,漂白时间150 min,浴比1∶25。脱色后马尾纤维白度可达40.0左右。It is difficult for black horse tail to get bright-coloured colour for its single black color. In this paper, black horsetail bleaching was studied. By changing the concentration of the reagents, pH value, temperature and other process parameters the key parameters affecting the bleaching effect are identified. The optimum conditions for the experimental are as follows：hydrogen peroxide 5.2% （owf） , TAED 0.6% （owf） , bleaching temperature 65 ℃ , pH value of bleaching 8. 0, bleaching time 150 rain, bath ratio 1 ： 25.
