摘 要:采用机械共混法和纳米ZnO表面偶联剂改性技术,制备了聚甲醛(POM)/热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/改性纳米ZnO复合材料,并借助偏光显微镜(PLM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了复合材料的结晶形态和结晶性能,研究了改性纳米ZnO用量对POM/TPU/改性纳米ZnO复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:改性纳米ZnO在体系中起到一定的异相成核作用,促进了POM的结晶,并使得POM球晶细化;当改性纳米ZnO用量为0.3%时,复合材料具有最佳综合力学性能。Polyoxymethylene (POM)lthermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)lmodified nano-ZnO composites were prepared by mechanical blending and nano-ZnO surface-modification technology with the coupling agent. The crystal morphology and crystallization characteristics of the composites were analyzed by polarizing microscope (PLM), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). Effects of nano-ZnO content on mechanical properties of POMITPU/modified nano-ZnO composites were studied. The results show that the nano-ZnO acts as heterogeneous nucleating agent in the composites, can promote the crystallization of POM, and diminish the spherulite size of POM. When the content of nano-ZnO is 0.3%, the composite demonstrate favourable comprehensive mechanical properties.
