摘  要:将椰壳纤维、环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵(EAPP)与聚乳酸(PLA)进行熔融共混,得到一种环境友好型PLA阻燃复合材料。通过燃烧实验、热重分析(TGA)、极限氧指数(LOI)测试和差示扫描量热分析(DSC),研究了EAPP及椰壳纤维的添加对PLA复合材料阻燃性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明:EAPP与椰壳纤维具有良好的协同阻燃作用,成炭效果显著。当加入10%椰壳纤维以及20%的EAPP后,PLA复合材料的LOI可达34.6%,UL94测试通过V-0级。另外,EAPP的加入显著提高了PLA基体的结晶速率和结晶度,说明EAPP对PLA基体起到了异相成核剂的作用。Polylactic acid (PLA) was blended with coir fiber and epoxy coated ammonium polyphosphate (EAPP) to prepare an environment-friendly flame-retardant composite. The effects of EAPP and coir fiber on flame retardance and crystallization behaviors of the PLA composite were studied by means of combustion experiment, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limited oxygen index (LOI) test and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) analysis. The results indicate that: there is a synergistic flame retardant effect between EAPP and coir fiber in the PLA composite, and the flameretardant system displays good charring effect. As the contents of coir fiber and EAPP are 10% and 20% respectively, the LOI value of the PLA composite increases to 34.6%, and UL 94 classification reaches to V-0. Moreover, the introduction of EAPP can obviously increase the crystallization rate and crystallinity of PLA matrix. It can be attributed to the heterogeneous nucleation effect of EAPP on PLA matrix.
