汽车轮罩倒装注塑模具及阀式浇注系统设计

摘　　要：基于汽车轮罩的使用及外观要求,创建了汽车轮罩塑件三维模型,对塑件成型压力、成型时间等因素进行了仿真分析。为不影响塑件外观,本设计将浇口设在塑件的内表面,并采用了特殊的倒装模具结构,将推出机构设在定模部分。另外,为了缩短成型周期、提高生产率、节约资源和能源,该模具浇注系统采用了阀式热流道浇注系统。Based on the usage and appearance requirements, a plastic part 3-D model of car wheel cover is created, and simulation analysis on molding pressure, molding time and so on of the plastic part is carried out. In order to get plastic parts with good appearance, the gate is located in the inner surface of plastic part, and the flip mould structure is adopted, with launch institution locating in the fixed mold part. Moreover, the valve type hot runner gating system is adopted in this mold, in order to shorten moulding cycle.
