“文化强国”背景下海洋体育文化普及与推广的路径研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料等研究方法,表述了文化、海洋文化的层次和结构,梳理了海洋体育文化的结构,阐述了海洋体育文化现状,研究表明在"文化强国"背景下海洋体育文化普及与推广具有繁荣社会文化、人民和谐的社会价值,具有传承海洋文化的教育功能,具有促进民心凝聚、加强团结的功能,具有开发海洋旅游资源、发展海洋经济的优势和功能等意义;提出海洋体育文化普及与推广的路径要从建设海洋体育文化物质基础设施,要制订和健全海洋体育文化制度,要针对海洋体育文化行为大力宣传,倡导海洋体育文化精神等四个方面的路径出发,从而来推动海洋体育文化的发展。By using the literature,this paper not only describes the levels and structure between the culture and the ocean culture,but also explains the structure of the ocean culture.The paper expounds the characteristics of Marine sports culture development.Studies have shown that under the background of cultural power,the popularization and promotion of ocean sports culture play an important role in prosperity of the social culture and construction of harmonious society.What＇s more,it also has the meaning of inheritance the ocean culture＇s education function and developing the ocean tourism and ocean economy.In order to put forward the idea of popularization and promotion of ocean sports culture.We should start from the following four aspects.Firstly,constructing the infrastructure of ocean sports culture is necessary.Secondly,establish and perfect ocean sports culture system.Thirdly,some publicities which are based on ocean sports culture should be carry out immediately.At last,advocating ocean sports culture＇s spirits should also be on the road.By doing this,we can promote the development of the ocean sports culture.
