摘 要:目的研制大川芎提取物鼻腔给药用离子敏感即型凝胶,并对其毒性进行初步评价。方法以去乙酰结冷胶为凝胶材料,以甘露醇为渗透压调节剂,醋酸洗必泰为防腐剂,制备大川芎提取物鼻腔给药用离子敏感即型凝胶。结果最终处方中去乙酰结冷胶用量是0.4%,甘露醇用量是5%,醋酸洗必泰用量是0.02%。该鼻腔喷雾剂不会对用药者的局部组织产生明显的刺激作用,对蟾蜍上颚黏膜纤毛毒性无明显影响。结论大川芎提取物鼻腔给药用离子敏感即型凝胶的处方初步设计合理,可进一步研究开发。Objective To research and prepare the ion sensitive in situ gels of Dachuanxiong extract, and to preliminarily evaluate its toxicity. Methods With the deacetylated gellan gum as the gel matrix, mannitol as the osmotic pressure regulator and chlorhexidine acetate as preservative, Dachuanxiong ion sensitive in situ gels for intranasal administration was prepared. Results The quantities of deacetylated gellan gum, mannitol and chlorhexidine acetate were 0. 4%, 5% and 0. 02% respectively. The in situ nasal spray had no obvious stimulation effect on the local tissue and toad palate mucosacilium. Conclusion The preliminary design of ion sensitive in situ gels of Dachuanxiong extract for intranasal administration is reasonable and can be further researched and developed.
