摘　　要：目的建立测定胃灵颗粒中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为GOLD柱C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（15∶85）,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.164 4～0.986 6μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 5）,平均回收率为98.08%,RSD=0.97%（n=6）。结论该法简便、准确、分离度好、重复性高,可作胃灵颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Weiling Granules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Gold chromatographic column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）; the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（ 15 ∶ 85）, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The sample size of paeoniflorin within the range of 0. 164 4- 0. 986 6 μg showed a good linear relationship（ r = 0. 999 5）, the average recovery rate was98. 08%, RSD 0. 97%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good separation and high reproducibility,and can be used as the determination method of the paeoniflorin content in Weiling Granules.
