摘　　要：目的调查分析某疾病预防控制中心皮肤科激素与含激素类外用制剂的使用情况和剂型结构,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对该中心2011年至2013年激素与含激素类外用制剂的品种、数量和金额数据进行分析。结果乳膏剂、贴膏剂2个剂型用量占激素与含激素类外用制剂总用量的77.86%,用药金额占总用药金额的77.98%。年用量排序前4位的品种用量占总用量的78.61%,年用药金额排序前4位的品种用药金额占总用药金额的89.87%;激素与含激素类外用制剂以激素、激素+抗生素、激素+抗真菌药、激素+抗生素+抗真菌药、激素+去角质化药等方式应用于临床。结论该中心激素与含激素类外用制剂品种较多,应用范围广,能满足皮肤病患者的临床用药需求。Objective To investigate the use situation and dosage form structure of external preparations of hormone and hormonecontaining drugs in the dermatology department of a center to provide reference for rational clinical drug use. Methods The data of external preparations of hormones and hormone-containing drugs in the aspects of varieties,quantities and amount of money at this center from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed. Results The use amounts of the dosage form of creams and adhesive ointments accounted for more than 77. 86% of the total consumption amount of external preparations of dermatology hormone and hormone-containing drugs,and their amount of money accounted for more than 77. 98% of the total amount of money of external preparations of dermatology hormone and hormone-containing drugs. The use amount and the amount of money of the top 4 varieties in the annual amount rank accounted for more than 78. 61% and 89. 87% of the total use amount and total amount of money of external preparations of dermatology hormones and hormone-containing drugs,respectively; the external preparations of hormones and hormone-containing drugs were used in clinic with hormone, hormone ＋ antibiotics, hormones ＋ antifungal agents,hormones ＋ antibiotics ＋ antifungal agents, hormones ＋ exfoliating drugs. Conclusion The external preparations of dermatology hormone and hormone-containing drugs in this center have many varieties and a wide range of applications,which can meet the medication requirements of the dermatosis patients.
