摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定枣仁安神颗粒中木兰花碱的含量。方法:采用Ultimate XB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相A:0.2%磷酸-0.2%三乙胺水溶液,B:乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长278nm,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果:所建立的HPLC含量测定方法线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率为104.1%,RSD=1.0%。结论:该分析方法快速、准确,重现性好,可用于枣仁安神颗粒的质量控制。Objective： To establish the determination method of the concent of magnoflorine in Zaoren-anshen granule by HPLC. Methods：The column was Ultimate XB-C18 （5μm, 4.6mm ×250mm）, the detection wavelength was at 278 nm, the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0.2 % phosphoric acid-0.2% triethylamine. The gradient elution was carried out with a flow rate of 1.0mL ·min i. Results ： A good linear correlation of magnoflorine was observed, r= 1, the average recovery was 104.1 % with RSD of 1.0 %. Conclusion：The method can be used as the quality control method of this preparation.
